SSI along with Alaska Airlines proclaimed a fresh bounty loyalty rewards plan called The Opinion Terminal . The plan allows Mileage Plan members the choice to achieve award miles by engaging in surveys and sharing their opinions.
Alaska Airlines, as well as Virgin America and its regional partners, jets out 40 million passengers a year to 118 destinations with a mean of 1,200 periodic flights across the United States and to Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica and Cuba. With Alaska and Alaska global partners, boarders can gain and regain miles on flights to more than 900 destinations around the globe.
Alaska Airlines is judged "Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Traditional Carriers in North America" in the J.D. Power North America Satisfaction Study for 10 successive years from 2008 to 2017. Alaska Mileage Plan valued "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Airline Loyalty Rewards Programs" in the J.D. Power 2016 Airline Loyalty/Rewards Program Satisfaction Report for the past three years.
Mileage Plan members who subscribe in the free The Opinion Terminal program will mature SSI's B2B global sample membership and furnish SSI customers more opportunity to consumer and business travelers' opinions.
